This marketing plan was a final project for a fourth year business class at Capilano University. The company we did our project on, Drevnyo Kyivska Vodka (DK), is a premium vodka brand from the Ukraine. They currently have distribution in the US and there was a possibility of the product being distributed in Canada. The purpose of this marketing plan was to provide a situation analysis including a look at competitors, the current situation, and a SWOT, and to provide key marketing recommendations including a positioning strategy, price strategy, distribution strategy, brand image, and a detailed marketing campaign to generate ideas and help bring DK vodka into Canada.
